How to report a fault

Please report any faults to the Board via email at styrelsen@navet3.se; the Board will handle the matter from there. Do not report issues directly to SBC.
You may only call SBC or Låsinvest in cases of extreme urgency.
Note: Please bear in mind that if the fault concerns an item within your apartment that you are responsible for maintaining and repairing under the association's bylaws, you must personally contact a tradesperson and pay for the repair.
