Problems with e-invoices

We would like to inform you that automatic payment of e-invoices from SBC is temporarily not working properly for those of you who have the function activated in your internet bank.
This is due to a technical error at Handelsbanken, which is the supplier and sender of e-invoices from SBC. The error applies to e-invoices from June onwards and may affect you regardless of which bank you have. If you do not have automatic payment of e-invoices from SBC, you can ignore this information. We apologize for the incident and for the additional work this may entail.
This is what you need to do
• E-invoices from SBC that have been notified from June onwards need to be approved manually in your internet bank.
• In order for future e-invoices from SBC to be paid automatically, you need to register the function for automatic payment again in your internet bank.
• If you need help setting up automatic payment again, contact your bank.
